JMD Auqa Power Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of KKK Hydro Power Ltd., is a closely held Limited Company, incorporated in the year 1999, having its Registered Office at Baragran Road, Tehsil Manali, District Kullu, in the state of Himachal Pradesh. This company is a flagship of KKK Group which was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for implementation of 3 MW Baragran Small Hydro Power Project. We implemented Baragran 3 MW Hydro Electric Project in July 2004, generating 6.94 MU/PA to 20.64 MU/PA till 2008.
After the successful commissioning of 3 MW project in 2004, we started collection of data for surplus discharge, which lead us to augment the capacity from 3 MW to 4.90 MW in July 2008 and generation varied from 24.67 MU/PA to 30.94 MU/PA resulting in a average generation of 27.83 MU (say 28 MU), based upon last 6 years of operation of 4.90 MW.
